Robert is a native New Orleanian who takes great pride in the culinary prowess of his beloved hometown. He has worked in all facets of the restaurant industry throughout the country for the past nearly 30 years, ranging from General Manager to Regional VP to Partner. Robert joined the Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts team in the Summer of 2015 as a Partner/Executive General Manager of Boulevard American Bistro, and has since become the Area Director of multiple Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts properties.
Carolyn is an Atlanta native with a strong passion for food and wine. As a 3-year veteran of the Houston’s Service Staff, Hillstone Restaurant group offered her an opportunity to move to New Orleans and help rebuild the restaurants after Hurricane Katrina. She fell in love with all that the city had to offer and made it her new home. Upon receiving her Culinary Degree from Delgado in 2009, she developed her skills in the kitchen and became a Sous Chef at Ruth’s Chris, New Orleans. She was hired on with Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts in the Fall of 2015 as the Kitchen Manager for Boulevard American Bistro and has since been promoted to her current title of General Manager.
